Getting Started & Registration

How do I create a new account?

Creating an account on our platform is easy and quick. Follow these steps:

Click the "New Registration" button at the top of the homepage.

Fill in your personal details (name, email, phone number).

Choose a strong password and keep it in a safe place.

Click "Create Account" and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How do I log into the platform?

After activating your account, you can log in at any time:

Click "Login" in the top navigation menu.

Enter your email address and password.

You will be directed straight to your "Student Dashboard".

Virtual Classrooms & Study

How do I join live lectures?

We use the latest live streaming systems to ensure the best educational experience:

Go to the "Virtual Classrooms" section from your dashboard.

A list of currently active or scheduled lectures will appear.

Click the "Enter Room" button for a lecture that has already started.

Make sure to enable your microphone and camera (optional) to interact with the instructor.

Where can I find study materials and files?

All study materials are available directly through your dashboard:

Go to the "Program Materials" section from your dashboard.

Select the program or course you are enrolled in.
3
You will find all files, presentations, and assignments ready to download.

Payments & Certificates

How do I pay program fees?

Our payment system is simple and secure:

Go to "My Programs" in your student dashboard.

Select the program you wish to pay for and click "Pay Now".

Choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer or mobile wallet).
4
Upload the payment receipt and wait for admin confirmation.

How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are issued after successfully completing the program:

Complete all program requirements and receive a passing grade.

Submit a certificate request from the "Programs" section in your dashboard.
3
The certificate will be reviewed and issued within 3-5 business days.
